Netflix wanted their YouTube channel to be more than just a platform for releasing trailers and promos, so they tasked us with creating strong repeatable formats that could tap into a wider audience and further expand the brand. We not only raised awareness of their original series and films, but also increased their subscriber count and views through strategic planning, analytics, and creative insight.

Mileven is the relationship to end all relationships. From concepting to editing, we parsed the best moments of what is arguably Netflix’s favorite couple, Mike and Eleven.
Queer Eye:
Every Makeover Reveal
Supercuts were a repeatable format we made that proved to be very successful. In this supercut, we show every makeover reveal in Seasons 1 and 2 of Queer Eye. Extracting the most fun part of the show, it’s hard to not watch all of the incredible transformations pieced together in one single video.
The Umbrella Academy:
Klaus Talks To Dead Netflix Characters
Klaus’ ability to speak to the dead expands far beyond just the characters in The Umbrella Academy. We concepted and edited this video, where we overlapped and cross-marketed different shows on Netflix in a fun and hilarious way.
Rilakkuma and Kaoru:
Interview with Lana Condor
Not all videos were solely made in post-production from pre-existing show footage. We were also able to demonstrate skills with original concepting, writing, shooting, and directing with top talent in the studio. Below is an interview we shot with Lana Condor, as we got an inside perspective into the making of Rilakkuma and Kaoru, what the film means to the actress, and why it’s so relatable.
Netflix Film
Netflix needed an agency partner to help grow and manage the @netflixfilm account across Instagram and Twitter platforms. We did everything from concepting and strategy, to copywriting, to video editing, to community management and social listening.
Mixing strategic insight with unique brand and editorial content, we were able to drive more user engagement, expand Netflix Film’s audience to both Gen-Z and the adult cinephile, increase the number of followers, and also increase views and utility on the streaming platform by generating awareness of Netflix’s latest film releases for both original and non-original films.
