Dorothy x Linda Perry
Rising rock artist, Dorothy, called one of the “50 Best New Artists” by Rolling Stone, was the first rock act to sign to Jay-Z’s label, Roc Nation, and one of the first artists to sign to Linda Perry’s management (and production) company, We Are Hear.
In collaboration with Roc Nation’s marketing and A&R teams, We Are Hear helped grow the artist brand through artist development and creative ideation/concepting. In addition, we designed and executed all of the marketing and advertising assets needed to promote the release of new albums, singles (plus their accompanying music videos), merch drops, and tour announcements across all major social channels, press outlets, and DSPs.
Managing and executing the entire creative process from pre-production through post-production, we produced music videos, photo shoots, album artwork, single artwork, one sheets, tour flyers/admats for print and digital, promo and editorial content for socials, EPKs for press and booking agencies, and print files for CD, merch, and poster production.

Music Video: “Flawless”
Music video to Dorothy’s first hit single off 28 Days In The Valley, “Flawless” topped the charts at #8 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Air Play. The video was also chosen to be a part of mtvU’s ‘Genius’ campaign (alongside artists Florence and the Machine, Bastille, Shawn Mendes and others) and was featured on YouTube’s “Trending Artist On The Rise” list, currently sitting at over 2 million views.
The video was shot at five different locations in just two days, with 100 extras, spanning all the way from deep in the Valley to Dockweiler Beach. Efficiency was key to executing all the scenes across different parts of LA in a very limited amount of time.
Music Video: “Who Do You Love”
Fresh from a tour supporting Greta Van Fleet, Dorothy debuted a new video for her second single off 28 Days In The Valley, "Who Do You Love," which premiered exclusively on Billboard in October of 2018. We mixed footage from her performance on The Late Late Show with James Corden with BTS footage of what it’s like to be on the road, and topped it off in post-production with trippy kaleidoscope effects and vibrant colors, giving the viewer a unique lens to vicariously live the life of a touring rock artist.
Music Video: “Down To The Bottom”
Shot at Linda Perry’s recording studio in Sherman Oaks, we give an inside peek to the viewer on what it’s like to be in a studio session with the band. Using shaky cam and glitch effects, we added a grunge twist to the overall vibe and spiced up the visual aspect of a regular studio session, making sure the viewer felt like they were a part of the action rather than just merely staring at musicians playing some instruments.
